气井井筒携砂规律研究

摘    要:油气井出砂是砂岩油气藏中经常遇到的问题,它给油气井的正常生产及各种采油、采气工艺的开展带来很多麻烦,轻则迫使气井停产,重则会使气井报废。为了保证气井正常生产,确定合理工作制度,本文在气固两相流理论基础上,研究了砂粒在气流中的沉降规律,推导了不同雷诺数范围内砂粒的沉降末速公式,计算了临界流速及,临界气量,编制了配套计算软件,利用现场数据对计算结果进行分析验证,效果较好。

Abstract:Sand flowing in oilwell or gaswell has some bad influences on the production and technology. More severely, it can destroy the well. To assure the production and to design rational work system, this paper based on two-phase flowing theory has studied the sand go-down regulation in carrent, and calculated the critical velocity and critical volume. At the same time, the paper verified the calculated result by field data.
