| 摘 要： | 利用微波消解仪消化葡萄酒样品,然后用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)快速测定葡萄酒中的矿质元素K、Na、Ca、Mg等的含量,其相对标准偏差为0.2%～4.5%,回收率为88%～105%。此法简便、快速、准确度高、精密度好。
