水压锥阀流场的CFD计算与分析

摘    要:建立了水压锥阀的几何模型和数学模型,利用Fluent软件对其内部运动流场进行了CFD解析,解析结果以可视的速度场和压力场分布给出,并对计算结果进行了分析。由分析结果可知:随着锥阀开度的增大,入口速度逐渐增大,流量相应增加。出口压力不变,随着入口压力变大,阀腔负压增大,增大出口压力有助于减小负压.消除气蚀和不稳定。

Abstract:Based on the physical numerical modeling of the hydraulic poppet valve, CFD simulation is applied to the flow field inside water hydraulics poppet valve with Fluent software, the results are given by visualizing pictures of the velocity and pressure field. The analysis results indicate that the intake rate and flux are increased with the opening of the poppet. Outlet pressure remains constant, with the larger inlet pressure, valve cavity negative pressure increases. Increasing the outlet pressure can minimum the negative pressure and eliminate cavitation and instability.
