摘    要:为了快速、精确地从胸廓螺旋CT中提取肋骨、胸骨、脊椎与肋软骨并建立模型,文章提出了一种胸廓CT图像预处理与三维建模的方法.采用图像格式转换、灰度拉伸、自适应魏纳滤波、图像批处理等算法,滤除内脏、肌肉等噪声图像,增强胸廓各部分骨骼的区分度;再用阈值分割、区域增长等方法,分别建立胸廓硬骨三维模型与肋软骨三维模型,并装配成符合有限元受力分析要求的整体模型.结果表明,肋软骨模型的精确性得到了一定程度的提高,人工修改模型的工作量显著减少,三维建模周期缩短约40%.该方法为提供漏斗胸Nuss手术仿真奠定了基础,对Nuss手术中支撑板选材及定位具有重要参考价值.

Abstract:The introduction of the full paper believes that good thorax spiral CT image reconstructions,essentially needed in Nuss PE(pectus excavatum)surgery,are unobtainable with the mainly used Mimics software.We believe we can make the Mimics software work through adding a pre-processing treatment.Section 1 deals with the transformation of image format.Section 2 discusses how to enhance the discrimination of thorax skeleton with gray stretching,adaptive Weiner filtering and image batch processing.Utilizing the simplification afforded by what has been done on pre-processing treatment in sections 1 and 2,section 3 establishes the simplified 3-D model:this establishment consists essentially of:(1)the threshold segmentation method and the region growth method were used to set up respectively the rigid thorax skeleton's 3-D model as shown in Fig.5 and the costal cartilage's 3-D model as shown in Fig.6;(2)then the two models were integrated into one,which can meet the requirements of finite element analysis.The discussion in section 4 indicates preliminarily that:(1)the pre-processing treatment enhances the accuracy of costal cartilage's model to some extent;(2)it also significantly reduces the manual modification of the thorax model;(3)last but most importantly,it shortens the time consumption for 3-D modeling by approximately 40%.
