涡流室式柴油机起动喷孔作用机理探讨

摘    要:本文对涡流室式柴油机在冷起动条件下主、副燃烧室内燃油喷雾和着火过程进行了高速摄影。分析了起动喷孔的作用机理,指明具有吊钟形结构和起动喷孔的涡流室式柴油机,起动初次着火点首先在涡流室内,这为改善涡流室式柴油机的发火过程,进而改善起动性指出了方向和途径。

Abstract:The high speed photography was applied to visualize the fuel spray and ignition process in main and prechamber in a swirl type diesel engine at cold starting condition. The function of starting hole was investigated.It was found that the first flame is formed in the bell type swivl chamber with a starting hole. The discovery is useful for improving ignition process and cold start-up capability of swirl type diesel engine,
