| Abstract: | This paper expounds translation concept and rule of specialty English for electric power. After analyzing characteristics of specialty English for electric power, the authors point out that the preconditions of translation are comprehending the original meanings nicely and thoroughly and establishing in specialty to express meanings. They also discusses importance of understanding the original meaning thoroughly based on specialty of electric power. |
