| 摘 要： | 考虑了潜伏者具有传染力的因素,建立了一类具有双线性发生率的肺结核SEIQR模型,讨论了无病平衡点及地方病的全局渐近稳定性.结合我国目前肺结核病发病情况,应用模型研究的结果,分析了接种疫苗、隔离措施及模型中相关参数对疾病流行的影响,提出了预防控制疾病的合理化建议.
