| 摘 要： | 案例教学法和法律诊所教学都起源于美国，且为各国法学教育吸收采纳。本文在回顾这两种教学方式起源、发展的基础上，采用比较分析的研究方法，对案例教学法和法律诊所教学的联系和区别作了研究。
