纳米过氧化锌的光催化性能研究

摘    要:用微乳液法制备纳米ZnO2,用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、紫外吸收光谱和BET氮吸附等方法分别对材料的晶体结构、颗粒尺寸与形貌、紫外吸收和比表面积等进行了表征,并以甲基橙为有机污染物模板,研究了纳米ZnO2的添加量、溶液pH和重复使用次数等对其光催化性能的影响。结果表明:制备的纳米ZnO2为立方结构,平均粒径约为15 nm,比表面积为87.6 m2/g。在催化剂的添加量为400 mg/L,中性条件下,光照反应120 m in时,甲基橙的脱色率为92.2%。

Abstract:ZnO2 nanoparticles were prepared by means of microemulsion process and characterized by XRD,TEM, UV and BET. The photocatalytic activity was studied using methyl orange as an organic pollutant model. The sample prepared is cube-structured polycrystal ZnO2 ,the particle size is about 15 nm,and the surface area reaches 87.6 m^2/g. The degradation ratio of methyl orange is 92. 2% under radiation of 300 W high-pressure mercury lamp for 120 min when dosage of the photocatalyst is 400 mg/L.
