Structural Design and Development of Forming Fabric

This article expounds the Structural design and development of forming fabric for papermaking process. In order to ensure optimum resuits of minimizing, microdensity difference and maximizing good printability, today the structural designs have developed of the forming fabric from single layer to triple layer, to meet the need for all the grades of paper and board production to optimize the stock retention and surface, quality. It also gives the methods of how to keep the fabric in a cleaning and permeable condition so as to run process stably and the fabric with even longer times.
