喷射器湍流微观混合性能的计算流体力学模拟

摘    要:建立了喷射器湍流混合模型,利用商用流体力学软件Fluent6对不同结构的喷射器进行了模拟研究,从微观尺度考察喷射器的混合特性,得到了不同条件下喷射器完成湍流微观混合所需要的距离,并利用3个自定义的量纲为1数与雷诺数结合来描述喷射器的微观混合性能。结果显示,利用这些参数可以较好地表示喷射器的微观混合,并利用模拟结果回归了各准数之间的函数关系。

Abstract:The turbulent mixing model was established for the research on micro-mixing characteristics in ejectors.Several ejectors of different configurations were studied by using the commercial CFD software Fluent 6,and the distances needed for finishing the micro-mixing under different conditions were obtained.Three user-defined dimensionless parameters and Reynolds number were used to describe the micro-mixing performance in ejectors.The results showed that the micro-mixing in ejectors could be described well by ...
