900t高速铁路架桥机的结构计算分析

摘    要:高速铁路架桥机是铁路架设的重要设备。针对一种900t高速铁路架桥机,结合实际工作特点,提出正常架设32m梁时的危险工况,利用ANSYS软件对架桥机进行建模,并在不同载荷组合下分别加载,计算出导梁和主梁的强度和刚度,在理论上进行检验和校核,计算结果可用于对结构的进一步设计优化。

Abstract:The high-speed Railway Bridge Erecting Machine is an important equipment for railway erection. This paper presents the general structural of a kind of 900t high-speed Railway Bridge Erecting Machine. Combined with the practical work characteristics of Bridge Erecting Machine, this paper puts forward the dangerous conditions of normal erection 32m beam, making use of ANSYS software to set up the bridge model, different load combinations of loading respectively, calculates the distributions of stress and deformation of the guide beam and the main girder, to achieve the purpose of checking computations and check, also, the result has certain guiding significance in the further design optimization of the ,,general structural.
