特大型龙门吊主梁结构优化设计

摘    要:分析特大型龙门吊主梁的结构形式,基于等强度的设计理念,提出一种基于遗传算法的主梁结构优化方法;建立主梁结构优化的数学模型,以结构重量最小作为优化目标,对主梁进行结构优化,输出优化结果;对优化后的主梁进行有限元建模,添加约束与多工况载荷,分析主梁的挠度与应力值情况;对有限元分析结果进行分析,验证优化的正确性,为主梁结构进一步优化提供重要依据。

Abstract:Analyze the structure of the main girder of oversize gantry crane. Propose an optimization method of main girder structure based on genetic algorithm due to the equal intensity of design concept. Goal of the optimization based on the minimum weight to establish the mathematical model of girder structure optimization, then output the optimization results. Establishing finite element model of the main girder optimized, adding constraints and multiple working load to calculation the main girder deflection and stress value. Analyze the finite element analysis results and the optimize results to prove the validity of optimization theory. Provide important basis for the further optimization of the girder structure.
