南方电网变电站接地网设计安全性评价

摘    要:顺应接地网安全性评价工作向前端设计阶段延伸的趋势,以6个变电站接地网初步设计及施工安全性评价为例,总结了安全性和经济性分析在南方电网变电站接地网设计中应用的经验,给出了相应的评价方法。阐明了对于站址土壤条件不理想的情形,应在接地网特性参数符合设备运行和人员安全要求的前提下,科学地选择接地阻抗设计值,取得较优的经济性,逐步改变以往只关注接地阻抗的传统做法,向以安全性为前提,兼顾经济性的接地网设计理念转型,对高土壤电阻率地区和城市变电站接地网的设计有着较好的借鉴价值。

Abstract:To comply with the tendency of grounding grid safety evaluation extending to the front-end of the design stage, taking pre- liminary design and construction of six substation grounding grid safety evaluation as an example, this paper summarizes the application of security and economic analysis in China Southern Power Grid substation grounding network design. Relevant evaluation method is proposed. It is stated that for the case that substation site soil conditions is not ideal, the grounding network characteristics parameter must met for the requirement of the equipment and personal security. Based on safety the design value of grounding impedance should be chosen scientifically to obtain a better efficiency, and the design concept that only concerning about grounding impedance in the past should gradually the changed. This paper can be a good reference for the design of grounding grid in high soil resistivity and urban areas.
