船舶作机动操作时离合器的热负荷研究
摘    要:本文从船舶航行的动态特性出发,对船舶紧急倒车、制航工况进行了分析,提出了船舶紧急倒航工况下片式摩擦离合器动态温度场的计算方法,并对实船航行和QCL3型倒顺减速离合器的热负荷进行了计算,它与海上实船试验结果能较好地吻合。

Abstract:In this paper, the working situations of emergency reversion, braking are analyzed based on the dynamic characteristics of marine cruising. New approach is proposed to calculate the dynamic temperature distribution of disc friction clutch in marine emergency reversion.Meanwhile, the thermal strength of QOL3 reversion reductive clutch and practieal cruising operation are calcnlated.These data conform to the practical test result pertectly .
