新型抗高温转向酸体系的研究

摘    要:采用C12~22脂肪酸和3-二甲氨基丙胺合成了J型、Y型、R型和月桂酸等表面活性转向剂,并将这些转向剂进行复配得到抗高温转向酸体系。考察了不同的转向酸体系在高温下的黏度变化情况以及乙二醇对体系黏度的影响。实验结果表明,当转向酸体系配方(基于体系的质量)为w(J型转向剂)=2.50%、w(Y型转向剂)=2.00%、w(R型转向剂)=0.50%、w(浓盐酸)=18.00%、w(乙二醇)=12.50%、w(高温缓蚀剂WLD31A)=1.50%、w(铁离子稳定剂WLD28A)=1.00%和其他添加剂时,在100℃下该转向酸体系的最大黏度达到170 mPa·s。对比了Y型转向剂和月桂酸转向剂的性能。研究结果表明,Y型转向剂的抗高温性能优于月桂酸转向剂。

Abstract:J,Y,R and lauric acid surface-active diverting agents were synthesized from C12-22 aliphatic acids and 3-dimethylaminopropylamine.Different high temperature-resistant diverting acid systems were obtained by compounding these diverting agents.The effects of high temperatures and glycol on the viscosity of these diverting acid systems were studied.The experimental results show that the viscosity of the diverting acid system at 100 ℃ is the maximum 170 mPa·s under the system composition of w(J diverting agent) 2.50%(based on the mass of the system,the same below),w(Y diverting agent) 2.00%,w(R diverting agent) 0.50%,w(glycol) 12.50%,w(concentrated HCl solution) 18.00%,w(corrosion inhibitor WLD31A) 1.50%,w(ferrous stabilizer WLD28A) 1.00% and other additives.The performance of Y diverting agent was compared with that of lauric acid and the result indicates that the high temperature resistance of the former is better than that of the latter.
