摘    要:炼化工业安全生产已经成为企业和社会共同关注的热点.作者等针对其中的催化裂化装置,根据流程特点、结合流程单元操作与管理模式,设计故障诊断系统,使用基于产生式规则推理的专家系统故障诊断法和Visual Prolog语言在可视化编程环境下实现.通过在催化裂化流程仿真软件上应用,表明此诊断系统对催化裂化生产中出现的多数异常工况,能够有效地推理分析,及时查出故障原因,提供相应的处理措施.

Abstract:Safety production in petrochemical industry has become hot issue with common concern by enterprises and society.Aimed at the catalytic cracking equipment,in accordance with the characteristics of process,in combination with the model of operation and management in the process unit,the design of fault diagnosis system is proposed.The method of fault diagnosis expert system is used based on the rule-based reasoning,and the Visual Prolog is adopted to realize the design in the Visual programming environment.
