| 摘 要： | 介绍了数控高速高精运动控制的重要意义，分析了传统数控运动控制方式的缺陷和不足。主要从异步插补、跨段加减速控制，加工轨迹优化三个方面提出实现高速高精运动控制的方法。

| Abstract: | Significance of high_speed and high_precision motion control of CNC system is introduced, disadvantages and shortages or traditional CNC motion control are analyzed. Realizable way for high_speed and high_precision motion control is put forward from three aspects as asynchronous interpolation, stride segment acceleration & deceleration control and optimization of machining path, etc. |
