摘    要:以粉煤灰代替磨细石英粉末,配制了两个系列的RPC试件并研究聚丙烯纤维掺量以及养护制度对其断裂力学性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰取代石英粉以较少的减水剂就能达到良好的工作性能,且辅以热水养护,其极限荷载有所提高,但是其断裂能和延性指数却降低了。试验研究的同时给出了在一定的水胶比和标准养护条件下,其断裂能、延性指数和断裂韧度等参数随纤维体积掺量变化的规律。

Abstract:Two types of reactive powder concrete(RPC) were prepared by substition of fly-ash for fine quartz sand. The effects of volume fraction of polypropylene fibres and curing conditions on the fracture properties of RPC were studied. The results showed that the good workability can be got by less water reducer and ultimate load was increased, but the fracture energy and ductility indexes were decreased with the replacement of fly-ash for fine quartz sand. The study also showed that on the same conditions, the effects on the fracture energy and ductility and fracture toughness are varied with the increase of fibre.
