变频控制技术在RY5型细纱机上的应用

摘    要:为了了解RY5型细纱机加装变频器后的纺纱效果,以C 14.6 tex品种为例,对细纱机变频改造前后的纺纱速度、纺纱断头、成纱毛羽及用电情况进行了测试对比.结果表明:细纱机加装变频器后,在细纱速度提高的同时,细纱断头、成纱毛羽、用电有所下降,可以降低生产成本,且生产中工艺调整方便.

Abstract:To find out the spinning effect of RY5 spinning frame after installing frequency converter, take the case of C 14.6 tex yarn, spinning speed, broken ends, yarn hairiness and electric energy of consumption were tested and contrasted to before and after installing frequency converter in spinning frame. The result shows that after installing fre- quency converter in spinning frame when spinning speed is increased, breaking ends, yarn hairiness and electric energy of consumption will be decreased. Production cost can be reduced. It is convenient to adjust processing in production.
