| 摘 要： | 分析了镀Ｚｎ钢板缝焊的焊接性，进而研究了使用普通缝焊机替代专用设备焊接镀Ｚｎ油箱的新工艺，提出了避免滚轮电极粘附Ｚｎ及Ｃｕ－Ｚｎ合金对焊接不良影响的措施，并在生产实践得到了应用，得取了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the weldability of galvanized steel plate with seam welding,the application of general seam welding machine instead of special purpose one in welding of galvanized oil - tank is studied, the measure of preventing electrode from adhesion of Zn and Cu- Zn alloy is put forward. and then the optimum welding procedure is worked out. |
