| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是转变经济增长方式、加强环保的一项重要措施,也是调整产业结构的有效途径.现在广东钢铁工业的经济运行模式要尽快由"资源-产品-消费-污染排放"单向经济增长模式向"资源-产品-消费-再生资源"的节约型循环经济模式转变,提高钢铁工业循环经济发展水平.
