摘    要:固定管板换热器常采用轴向进料,管程物料由进料口进入管箱后,由于流程较短,物料在管箱中心区域流速高,在边缘区域流速低,致使各换热管中物料流速不均衡。一种管箱分布器有效改善这种流速不均衡的情况。物料经分布器导流孔进入换热管,各换热管内的物料流速接近相等,换热系数也接近相等,提高了换热器的总体换热系数。

Abstract:Abstranct:Fixed tubular heat exchanger have often axial tube for liquid material enter,liquid material enter tube box through the axial tube.Because of short distance from tube to tube plate liquid's flow rate is higher in center area than around.By install a liquid distributor in tube box the velocity difference shall be bated.Through oriented hole at distributor liquid's flow rate in each exchange tube would be balanced,so heat transfer coefficient in each exchange tube would be balanced,heat exchanger's ...
