摘    要:介绍了先进控制技术在兰州石化公司5Mt/a常减压装置上的应用情况,阐述了控制器开发过程的要点。通过采用多变量控制手段来实现工艺控制目的,不仅提高了装置的运行平稳率,而且能够卡边进行操作,达到了提高目标产品收率和装置节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:The application of the advanced process control technique in 5 Mt/a atmosphere and vacuum distillation unit in the Lanzhou Petroleum Chemical Co. is introduced. The essential of development process controller is elaborated. By means of multivariable estimate control approach to achieve the aim to process control, it has not only advanced tranquility of the unit, but also took edge operation to reach the designation of target product yield and energy saving. By this, economic benefit of the unit has been increased remarkably. The design and operation of controller has achieved success.
