摘    要:超高转差率电动机驱动游梁式抽油机时 ,抽油机曲柄的转速波动较大 ,在进行驱动系统的运动、动力分析时 ,不能忽略曲柄转速波动带来的计算误差 ,为此建立了考虑电动机转速波动的抽油机运动微分方程、曲柄转速波动时抽油杆和液柱的波动方程。应用麦克马克 (MacCmack)方法求解了波动方程 ,建立了一种新的运动微分方程与波动方程的高度耦合问题的求解方法 ,并编制了相应的计算程序。胜利油田辛 11 35和辛 11 138两口井的计算结果表明 ,该方法计算速度快、精度高

Abstract:When driven by the ultrahigh-slip motor, the beam pumping unit system operates with a high fluctuation of rotating speed. In the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the driving system, the errors caused by the fluctuation of the rotating speed of the crankshaft must be taken into account. Thereby the motion differential equation of the pumping unit and the wave equations of the sucker rod and fluid column are set up in consideration of the speed fluctuation. The MacCmack method is used to solve the wave equations, and a new method for solving problem of high-degree coupling between the motion differential equations and wave equations. And relevant computing program is developed. The calculated results show that the method is accurate and efficient.
