环保型木器涂料用核壳乳液的制备

摘    要:利用种子乳液聚合法及反应型乳化剂制备了具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液,并通过酮肼交联进一步提高乳液性能。借助DSC差示扫描量热仪、红外光谱仪考察了乳胶粒的结构,讨论了乳化剂用量、交联剂用量、加料方式等对乳液及成膜性能的影响。研究发现在乳化剂用量为2.0%~3.0%,核壳两阶段乳化剂用量的配比在10∶1,交联剂用量在4%~6%时制备出性能最佳的乳液。

Abstract:This paper studies the preparation of core-shell structure acrylic ester emulsion by seeded emulsion polymerization and reactive emulsifier.Through ketone-hydrazide crosslinking,the performance of the emulsion is further enhanced.The emulsion particle is studied by DSC and infrared spectrometer.The influencing factors towards emulsion properties and film building performance including volume of emulsifier,crosslinker and feeding method etc.are also discussed.The results show the volume of emulsifier at 2.0%~3.0%,core-shell two stages emulsifier consumption proportion at 10∶1,and crosslinker consumption at 4%~6% to make the emulsion with best properties.
