光纤微透镜成型方法的研究

摘    要:光纤微透镜需求的多样化,对其加工方法提出了挑战.本文对光纤微透镜型面的成型方法做了系统的研究,并认为面对光纤端面微透镜型式的多样化,研磨抛光法是最可行的方法.基于此设计了一种新型的光纤端面研磨抛光装置,从机构的运动角度,借助MATLAB语言,对该机构的运动轨迹进行仿真研究,找出此种机构的重要参数,并总结出主要参数的变化对研磨盘运动的影响.结果证明此种研磨机构能够较好的完成光纤端面透镜的研磨,具有较好的实用价值.

Abstract:Because of the diversification of the optical fiber micro-lens's demand, the optical fiber micro-lens's processing method is facing challenge. This article has done systematic research to optical fiber micro-lens's manufacture method, and thought fabrication of lens by means of polishing is the most feasible method facing the diversification of optical fiber micro-lens. Designed one kind of new optical fiber end surface grinding installment based on that. From the organization movement tangle, with the aid of the MATLAB language, using the Monte Carlo method to conduct the simulation research to this organization path, discovered this kind of organization's important parameter, and summarized the influence of the main parameter's change to the movement of grinding wheel. The result proved this kind of grinding installment can complete the grinding to the optical fiber end surface lens better, and has a better practical value.
