磨加工精度控制及零位测量系统

摘    要:提出一种利用微机建模预报提高轴承套圈内圆磨削加工精度的方法。介绍了磨加工精度控制及零位测量系统的组成及工作过程,该系统将加工中测量与加工后测量有机结合,可有效控制轴承套圈内径尺寸的分散度,显著提高加工精度。

Abstract:A method for improving the grinding accuracy of bearing races by computer model building and forecasting is presented.The composition and working process of accuracy controlling and zero position measuring system for grinding are introduced.Combining in process measuring with sorting measuring,this system can control effectively the dispersion degree of inner diameter sizes and raise greatly machining accuracy.
