既有建筑外装修传力体系的确定研究

摘    要:在既有建筑外墙重做装修,存在增加荷载、造成现有构件承载力不足和可能造成地震区建筑需抗震加固等问题。某办公楼装修工程中,通过检测现状和对比相关规范,确定了既有建筑装修后的抗震水平;对个别承载能力不足的构件,采用间接传力的方式以避免直接补强,减少了对室内工作的影响,并可缩短工期,安全可靠。

Abstract:Redecoration on the external wall of existing building encounters many difficulties, such as insufficient bearing capacity of existing components due to load increase, and buildings in seismic area will require aseismatic strengthening. In an office building decoration project, aseismatic capacity of existing building after decoration is determined according to examination of status quo of building and references on relevant codes; indirect force-transferring methods are adopted for several components lacking of bearing capacity to avoid direct reinforcement. In this way, impacts on indoor work are reduced, construction period is saved and construction safety and reliability are guaranteed.
