AS-g-MAH增容PC/ABS合金的研究及应用

摘    要:研究了增容剂马来酸酐接枝(丙烯腈/苯乙烯)共聚物(AS-g-MAH)对PC/ABS合金加入玻璃纤维(GF)前后力学性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察了PC/ABS合金加入增容剂及GF前后的微观结构。结果表明,AS-g-MAH的加入使PC/ABS合金的力学性能得到提高;微观形貌特征和力学性能试验结果完全相符。制得的增容改性PC/ABS合金可满足安全边界条和导向轮材料的要求。

Abstract:The effects of AS-g-MAH compatibilizer on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PC/ABS alloy was researched.The microstructure of the PC/ABS alloy before or after adding compatibilizer and glass fiber was observed by SEM.The results indicated that mechanical properties of PC/ABS alloy were improved after adding AS-g-MAH;the microscopic morphological characteristics of the alloy were well conformed to the mechanical test results.The developed alloy could meet the requirements of safe edge slat and directive wheel material.
