工频电炉由一控一炉改为一控二炉与二控二炉的实践

摘    要:为了适应熔炼、保温、铸造工艺的需要,达到节能效果,工频感应电炉采用节能先进的SDT转换调压装置,把原来三相容抗平衡装置中一套供电系统控制一台电炉运行改为控制二台电炉运行;也可增加供电容量采用SDT装置控制另一台备用电炉运行,在原有基础上实现二控二炉,以进一步提高经济效益。

Abstract:In order to meet the weeds of ncelt,temperature keep and cast,and reach the result of energy-saving,adopted advanced energy-saving SDT chang-adjust-voltage device,low freguency induction furnace can change original three-phase anti-balance device one power supply system controling one furnace into one power supply system controling two;or increase power supply capacity and adopt SDT device to control another spare furnace,so as to realise two control two and raise economic profit.
