摘    要:阐述了高精度离散式蓄热锻造加热炉控制系统设计及应用,详细介绍了系统的总体结构、燃烧控制策略、离散式烧嘴换向策略.现场应用结果表明,相关控制系统和控制策略的优势在高要求锻造加热炉中得以充分体现,有良好的推广应用价值.

Abstract:By describing the high-accuracy regenerative forging heating furnace automatic control system design and application,details the overall structure of the system,combustion control strategy and discrete burner reversing strategy.The field application results show that the associated control systems and control strategies to be fully reflected in the high required regenerative forging heating furnace,which has good promotion and application value.
