摘    要:本文设计了1套针对电容器成套设备运行状态的智能监测与记录系统.该系统采用德州仪器(TI) DSP+ ARM双核架构的OMAPL138处理器;外接4片美信(Maxim)的8通道、16位、同时采样ADC芯片MAX11046实现32通道同步高精度数据采集.运用线性同步化算法对采样序列进行重新定位,经快速傅里叶变换(FFT)得到结果.根据基波电压和流过电容的基波电流可以计算当前的电容值,此值与标准的电容值进行比较,根据相对变化量的大小判断电容器的运行状态.当电容器退出运行时还能测量电容上的残压.该系统可保障电容器成套设备的安全运行,同时对设备故障进行定位与分析.以上优点使该系统在电力领域具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:In this paper, an intelligent monitoring and record system for the complete sets equipment operation of capacitor is designed. TI's OMAP L138 processor with ARM and a DSP core is adopted in the system. 4 pieces of 8-Channel, 16-Bit from Maxim is externally connected. At the same time, ADC chip MAX11046 is sampled to achieve simultaneous and high precision data collection of 32 communication channels. The sampling sequence is re-located by the use of linear synchronization al- gorithm and the result is obtained through fast Fourier Transform Algorithm(FFF). The present ca- pacitance can be calculated in accordance with fundamental voltage and current passing through the capacitor. This capacitance is compared with standard capacitance and operation status of capacitor is judged based on magnitude of relative variation. In case of the capacitor exit the runtime, the residu-al voltage on the capacitor can also be measured. This system can guarantee the safe operation of the complete equipment of capacitor and, at the same time, locate and analyze fault of equipment. A- bove advantages keeps the system have wide application prospect in the electric power area.
