| 摘 要： | 滚珠丝杠螺母副及其支撑系统由于各种原因而产生各种形式的间隙，影响数控机床的运行精度和加工质量。文中根据滚珠丝杠的结构来分析各种间隙产生的原因，并有针对性地提出消除滚珠丝杠间隙的方法与具体步骤。

| Abstract: | Ball screw nut pair and its supporting system produce gap of all forms due to the existence of various factors, and the gas influence the running precision and machining quality of NC machine tool. The causes of various gap are analyzed according to the struc, ture of ball screw, and some method of ball screw clearance elimination and concrete steps are proposed. |
