摘    要:文中设计一种模糊-PID切换控制系耋赶来解决抽油机伺且强加载系统暴点位置干扰下加载力精确模拟问题。在加载力输出偏差较大时,系统采用模糊控制,以快速抑制超调;在加载力输出偏差较小时,系统采用PID控制,以保证稳态输出。并采用模糊方式避免两种控制切换时的扰动。实验证明该控制系统提高了抽油机加载系统整体的控制精度。

Abstract:A fuzzy-PID switchover control system was designed to solve problems of the loading force precise output under the position disturbance in the servo loading system of pumping unit. The fuzzy controller is used to eliminate overshoot when the loading force is far away from the target value, and the PID controller is applied to trace output when the loading force is near the desired force value. A fuzzy switching mode was employed to avoid the undesirable disturbances caused by the switehover between the two control methods. The experiment results show that system overall control precision is enhanced by the fuzzy-PID switchover control system.
