摘    要:利用有限元模拟软件ABAQUS-6.7对奥氏体不锈钢1Cr18Ni9板坯的表面喷丸过程进行了三维有限元模拟,结果表明塑性变形集中在坯料表层,最大的等效应变出现在次表层.

Abstract:The shot peening of austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9 billet is simulated with 3D FEM software ABAQUS-6.7, which indicates that plastie deformation is localized within the surface of billet and the maximum equivalent plastic deformation appears on the subsurface.
