基于HyperWorks的滚珠丝杠疲劳寿命仿真

摘    要:滚珠丝杠的性能直接影响数控机床整机的质量和寿命。基于HyperWorks软件平台对滚珠丝杠进行疲劳寿命仿真,验证其疲劳寿命符合设计要求,为滚珠丝杠的可靠性提高及其结构优化提供重要依据。

Abstract:The performance of the ball screw has a direct impact on the quality and service life of CNC machine tool. Based on HyperWorks Platform, the paper simulated the ball screw's fatigue-life which was verified could meet the design requirements. These results could provide important foundation for improving the reliability and optimizing structure of the ball screw.
