汽车装饰面料用阻燃涤纶拉伸变形丝的加工工艺

摘    要:探讨了不同假捻变形工艺路线下,阻燃涤纶假捻变形丝(DTY)的各项物性指标的变化规律。结果表明:阻燃涤纶DTY的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、卷曲收缩率和卷曲稳定性均低于同规格的常规涤纶DTY;影响卷曲收缩率和卷曲稳定性的主要工艺参数是变形温度;改变工艺路线,采用S+Z合股的工艺路线,可以大幅度提高阻燃纤维的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、卷曲收缩率和卷曲稳定性,以适应不同风格的汽车装饰面料的要求。

Abstract:The physical properties of flame retardant polyester DTY made from different process route were discussed. The results showed that tensile strength, breaking elongation, crimp shrinkage and crimp stability of flame retardant polyester DTY were lower than that of conventional polyester DTY; the deformation temperature was the main parameter that effeeted crimp shrinkage and crimp stability; the tensile strength, breaking elongation, crimp shrinkage and crimp stability of flame retardant polyester DTY were improved greatly using S+Z process route.
