退火炉内带钢拉伸失稳与屈曲失稳分析

摘    要:本文分析了带钢在退火炉内瓢曲失稳与拉伸失稳的原因,其与炉区张力、炉辊辊型、带钢规格及材质有关。对于厚窄带钢容易发生拉伸失稳,而薄宽带钢容易发生瓢曲失稳。同时,推导了带钢失稳临界应力公式,并提出了相应措施,使带钢断带由5次/a降低至2次/a。

Abstract:The reasons of buckling instability and tensile failure of strip in the annealing furnace were analyzed , which were affected by the tension of furnace area , furnace roll camber, strip specifications and materials. The results showed that the thick and narrow strip was prone to tensile instability, and thin and wide strip was prone to buckling instability. At the same time, the strip buckling critical stress formula was deduced, and corresponding measures were put forward. So, the strip breakage times were reduced from 5times/a to 3 times/a.
