摘    要:以某型航空发动机高温合金超薄扭曲叶片轧制成型困难为切入点,从轧模设计、轧制工艺、轧制参数等方面入手,解决了高温合金叶片轧制过程中出现的各类成型问题,并将轧制工艺应用。至漕子叶片的生产中。

Abstract:It is difficuh for ultrathin and resisted blade of sureralloy to form during the rolling procedure for an aero- engine. The difficulties during the rolling procedure of uhrathin and twisted blade of superalloy are rsolved by improving rolling die design, roiling technique and rolling paremeters. The rolling technique is applied to the manufaeturing of stator blades.
