基于Pro/E标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化实体设计

摘    要:通过对Pro/E软件的参数化设计方法进行研究,针对齿轮设计过程复杂以及设计精度低的特点,探讨利用Pro/E软件的参数化设计优势,根据渐开线方程生成精确的渐开线齿廓线,并从齿轮的功用和结构特点出发建立关系式,完成整个渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计,并通过修改齿轮主要参数,快速设计如同类型的齿轮,达到简化齿轮设计方法、提高设计质量和效率的目的。

Abstract:The parametric design method in Pro/E software is researched. According to the complex and low precision design of gear in actual engineering design process, a simplified design method is discussed based on gear tooth profile relationship established by the gear structure and standard cylindrical spur gear parametric design using Pro/E software. The method can quickly design the same types of gears by modifying the gear design parameters. So it can raise the quality and efficiency of design in gear design.
