基于Pro／E标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化实体设计

通过对Pro／E软件的参数化设计方法进行研究，针对齿轮设计过程复杂以及设计精度低的特点，探讨利用Pro／E软件的参数化设计优势，根据渐开线方程生成精确的渐开线齿廓线，并从齿轮的功用和结构特点出发建立关系式，完成整个渐开线标准直齿圆柱齿轮参数化设计，并通过修改齿轮主要参数，快速设计如同类型的齿轮，达到简化齿轮设计方法、提高设计质量和效率的目的。

Parametric Solid Design of Standard Cylindrical Spur Gear Based on Pro/E

The parametric design method in Pro/E software is researched. According to the complex and low precision design of gear in actual engineering design process, a simplified design method is discussed based on gear tooth profile relationship established by the gear structure and standard cylindrical spur gear parametric design using Pro/E software. The method can quickly design the same types of gears by modifying the gear design parameters. So it can raise the quality and efficiency of design in gear design.
