贴片机运动控制系统的硬件设计

摘    要:针对贴片机发展的高性能运动控制要求,设计了一种基于“DSP+FPGA”结构的运动控制系统.系统采用DSP为核心控制芯片,完成系统的多轴协调运动及插补功能,实现高性能运动控制算法.通过光电编码器反馈信号构成系统的位置闭环控制,采用FPGA扩展外部编码器处理模块,对编码器信号进行处理.最后搭建伺服电机运动实验平台对控制系统性能进行验证.经实验验证,该控制系统具有较高的柔性及实时性,适用于高速高精度的贴装运动控制系统.

Abstract:In order to realize the high performance of the motion control system of the chip mounter, a motion control system based on DSP 8, FPGA was designed in this paper. The DSP module, as the core part of the motion control system, was used for achieving the functinn of the multi-axis coordinated motion and interpolation, as well as implementing the high-performance control algorithm. The optical eneoder feedback signal of the system was applied to constitute a closed-loop control, and FPGA was used to extend eneoder processing module to complete the encoder signal processing. Finally, experimental platform of servomotor was set up to assess the performance of the motion control system. The experimental has proved that the motion control system has high flexibility and real-time, and the system is applied for high-speed and high-precision motion control system.
