随动系统运动参数测试研究

摘    要:针对武器随动系统运动控制的实际需求,研制了一种便携式随动系统运动参数测试系统。主要对随动系统的静态参数(方位角和俯仰角)和动态参数(方位速度,方位加速度,俯仰速度和俯仰加速度)进行了测试研究。通过相关软硬件的设计和开发,达到了随动系统运动参数的测试要求。实验表明:该系统测试精度可达0:01密位,各项测试技术指标均达标。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of controlling the arms servo system, a portable test system is developed to measure the servo system movement parameter. Static parameters of servo system(including azimuth and elevation) and dynamic parameters (including azinmth velocity, azimuth acceleration, pitch speed and pitch acceleration), are analyzed. Through the development of hardware and software design, the system can meet the requirements to measure the motion parameters of the servo system. Experiments show that the system test accuracy can reach to 0.01 mils and the system can reach the standard of all technical indicators.
