基于小位移旋量和热变形的平面公差建模方法研究

摘    要:零件的公差分析是装配体累积公差分析中重要的环节,公差模型建立的正确与否将直接影响累积公差分析的结果。文中针对高温引起零件的热变形,基于小位移旋量理论,研究部分功能表面热变形与几何变动公差的合成方法,为累积公差分析提供公差模型,为公差的合成奠定基础。

Abstract:Tolerance analysis of parts is an important process in assembly tolerance accumulation analysis. The result of tolerance accumulation analysis is based on the tolerance model of each part. Synthesize method of thermal deformation and geometric tolerance for certain function is studied based on the theory of small displacement torsor (SDT). A tolerance model is provided for tolerance analysis for tolerance synthesize.
