Ta对低铬高钨镍基单晶高温合金微观组织的影响

摘    要:通过对3种不同Ru和Cr含量的低Cr高W镍基单晶铸造高温合金1100℃的时效和热处理组织观察与γ/γ’两相的成分分析,研究Ta对镍基单晶高温合金铸态微观的影响。结果表明:Ta不会改变镍基单晶高温合金中析出相的种类,但会强烈促进共晶γ’的形成。Ta改变了γ’的形貌,随Ta含量增加,γ’形状由圆形向方形转变。

Abstract:The influences of Ta on Ihe elemental partitioning ratio and microstruetural evolution have been investigated in three low eh,-omium and high tungsten content cast Ni-based single crystal superalloys with various levels of Ru and Cr additions. The test results indicate that the sorts of precipitates are not changed byTa, but Ta can strongly promote the form of γ' and the formatio of euteetie γ'. The morphology and size of γ' phase are effected by the addition of Ta. With the irlerease of Ta eontent, the γ' changes from ellipse to squareness.
