摘    要:为了及时有效地对设备绝缘特性进行带电检测,减少停电时间,保障电网安全运行,本文介绍了一种新型的测量电容性设备介质损耗与电容量的带电检测系统,采用高精度钳形电流传感器和电压隔离线圈,对电容性设备进行测量检测.仪器具有抗电磁干扰功能,同时对容性设备可以使用相对测量法和绝对测量法进行检测.试验结果表明该测试系统对于多种条件下的测量均能得到较好的结果.

Abstract:For the purpose of taking on-line detection of insulation performance for power equipment in time and effectively and reducing power off time and assuring safe operation of power grid, a new type of on-line detection system for measuring dielectric loss and capacitance of capacitive equipment is introduced in this paper. The capacitive equipment is measured and monitored by way of high ac-curacy clamp current transformer and voltage isolating coil. Such system not only possesses the func-tion of electromagnetic interference immunity, but also adopts relative and absolute measurement methods for monitoring. It is shown by the test result that such measurement system has obtained per-fect measurement result at different conditions.
