摘    要:论述了70MPa高压差调节阀的使用要求和结构特点。通过CFdesign软件对其介质流场进行分析,得到了介质流通过程中压降的分布情况,为其阀体的结构优化和避免空化、气蚀现象的产生提供了科学的理论依据。

Abstract:Describes 70MPa high differential pressure regulating valve use requirements and structural features, and through the CFdesign software on the medium flow field analysis, gets pressure drop distri- bution condition during the fluid passing and provides scientific theoretical basis for the body structure optimization and avoiding cavitation ,cavitation erosion.
