| 摘 要： | 导热油加热方式对比蒸汽加热方式具有节能、高效、提高产品质量等优点。介绍了轮胎硫化机上导热油加热系统的结构组成,分析了将导热油加热方式应用到轮胎硫化机上的四大难点,总结了用导热油加热方式硫化轮胎的优越性。

| Abstract: | The thermal oil heating has higher energy efficient and better product quality compared with steam heating. This paper introduces structural composition of oil heating system for tire press machine, analyzes four problems about applying oil heating to tire curing press, and summarizes the advantage of cured tire by thermal oil heating mode. |
