600MW汽轮机低压转子磨损前及修复后轴系振动和疲劳特性分析

摘    要:针对某电厂一台600MW汽轮机低压转子磨损前及修复后的轴系振动特性和扭振疲劳特性进行了全面的分析,计算分析结果表明:低压转子修复后,该机组轴系的振动特性参数与原设计基本一致,满足设计规范要求,扭振疲劳强度也满足材料的强度要求,机组可安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Aiming at the LP rotor of a 600MW steam turbine, vibration and torsional vibration fatigue properties of the pre-wear and post-repair shafting are analyzed. Results show that vibration characteristic parameters of the post- repair shafting are in accordance with the original design and can meet the design specification, the unit fatigue strength is smaller than allowable material strength, which can ensure safe and stable operation.
