摘    要:在总结CAD建模方法的基础上,提出一种基于工艺特征的建模方法。通过引AT艺特征的概念,结合特征建模技术与零件工艺信息的特点建立工艺特征信息模型,并采用Pro/Toolkit二次开发模块创建三维零件模型的工艺信息库,实现了在零件实体模型中来获取与模型特征相对应的零件工艺信息。最后以曲轴为对象进行应用验证,证明了该方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:CAD modeling method is summarized. A modeling method based on the process feature is proposed. The concept of process feature is applied to built process feature information model by combining feature-based modeling technology with the characteristics of part process information. Pro/Toolkit secondary development module is used to create a three-dimensional part model process repository, in which can acquire part process information from part solid model corresponding to the model characteristic. Crankshaft is taken as application object to prove the feasibility and practicality of the method.
